Seeking Liaisons in Africa

Christ’s Mission Online is looking for faithful volunteers on the ground in Africa — people who love the local church and want to help it reach the world with the Gospel.

Bridging the Digital Divide for African Churches

Christ's Mission Online exists for one reason: to ensure that no church in Africa — no matter how small, how remote, or how under-resourced — is left without a voice on the internet. We believe the Great Commission was not given only to well-funded Western organizations. It was given to the whole Church, and every branch of that Church deserves the tools to carry it out.

We build and maintain completely free, professional websites for churches across Africa and the Middle East. We provide web hosting, security, backups, training, and ongoing technical support at absolutely no cost to the congregations we serve. Our team works from the United States, but our heart is planted firmly in the soil of Africa, where some of the fastest-growing and most Spirit-filled churches in the world are quietly doing extraordinary work with very little.

The challenge we face is one of distance. We can build beautiful websites from thousands of miles away, but we cannot visit a pastor in rural Kenya to understand his congregation's story. We cannot sit in a Sunday service in Zambia and feel the heartbeat of a community. We cannot walk the dusty paths of a village in Mozambique and know the real needs of the people there.

That is why we are seeking Africa-based liaisons — trusted men and women who are already embedded in their local church communities and are willing to serve as a bridge between Christ's Mission Online and the churches we serve. You would be the eyes, the ears, and the voice on the ground. You would help us identify churches that need our services, assist pastors who struggle with technology, and ensure that every website we build truly reflects the congregation it represents.

This is not a paid position, but it is a calling. If you love the Church, if you love your community, and if you believe that the Gospel deserves to be proclaimed on every platform available — we want to hear from you.

A Continent Full of Churches Waiting to Be Heard

Africa is home to over 685 million Christians — more than any other continent on earth. Yet the majority of African churches have no digital presence at all. No website. No online giving. No way for a searching soul to find them on a Tuesday night from a phone screen.

We are working to change that — one church at a time. Our liaisons help us identify congregations across the continent that are ready to step into the digital world and reach their communities in a new way.

If you are based anywhere in Africa and feel called to this work, we want to connect with you.

Liaison Requirements

We are not looking for credentials — we are looking for character. If the following describes you, we would love to talk.

1

A Volunteer Position

This is an unpaid, volunteer role. We are looking for individuals who are motivated by faith and a genuine desire to serve the Church — not a paycheck. Your reward is the eternal fruit of helping congregations share the Gospel with a wider world. Reimbursement for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of Christ's Mission Online may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

2

In Good Standing with a Church in the Community

We require that all liaisons be active, committed members of a local church in good standing. You should be someone your pastor and fellow believers know, trust, and can vouch for. Because you will be representing Christ's Mission Online to other congregations, your own walk with the Lord and your reputation within your church community matters deeply to us.

3

Written & Oral Communication Skills

You will need to communicate clearly — both in writing and in person. This includes corresponding with our team via email, conveying the needs of local pastors accurately, and representing our mission confidently to church leaders you meet. Fluency in English is required; fluency in one or more local languages is a significant advantage and will allow you to serve a much wider range of congregations in your region.
